(RPK) Right now, we are looking for a drummer, as our quit because I guess he realized… after a long time… what I was actually writing for lyrics. Which is weird, considering I gave him a printed book of my lyrics, with songs like “Rebellion” — which is about hating rich people and the government, and genocide (I am part Syrian); “Red on the Towel” — which literally says “INCELS JUST HATE WOMEN!”, gosh… a LOT of references to hating racists and sexists, a sarcastic feminist song called “She’s So Rude” where I chop down everything I hate, but the chorus is:
me: “This girl can’t shut her mouth or even shut her legs”
the guys: “Listen to how she speaks, she’s so rude, she’s so crass”
me: “DISGUSTING!!!”

I like to do things like that. I don’t like to just be flat-out in your face with things — I want it to need a little thought. I have notebook after notebook of skeleton songs and ideas or pieces of songs. It is my personal solace and release.

As of now, we are:
Rachael Pixie Krucczynski (RPK) - Vocals and lyrics
Matt Mullarkey (MM) - Bass and backing vocals
Kyle Franko (KF) - Guitar and backing vocals.

And they write 97% of the music, unless I get some crazy idea, pull out a guitar or bass and say “telll me what notes these are and make it a song” — and everyone just gets confused. I have a weird guitar and a Pete Wentz bass, but I have REALLY small paws. (When I got married, I was told, as my ring finger, which has a ring in no way related to that since it is over) is a 4.5) “Um, sorry, we don’t make engagement rings for child hands.”

(HOW I was given a ring that fits my child-sized finger, I have no idea. But I love it.)

ANYWAY, now we are looking for a drummer and it is easier to find a unicorn prancing down the street than a SANE drummer with gear and a car. I ywant to have at least 1-2 in by next week, but I also want to be queen of the world, so….

We will see what happens.
